THE annual grass cutting season across Crawley has been delayed due to climate change according to a senior councillor.Crawley Borough Council was due to start cutting grass verges on Monday (March 7) but this date has been put back because the ground is too saturated from the wet winter.A council spokesman said the ride-on mowers would have damaged the verges if they had been used in these conditions.The grass cutting season is now expected to begin next week on Monday (March 14) depending on...
