Crawley Borough Council should be "naming and shaming" owners who are caught not picking up dog poo, the leader of the council's Conservative opposition has said.
Duncan Crow made the suggestion after it was revealed that the council has not fined a single person in the last year for failing to clear up their pet's mess.
Owners who have been caught in the act can be handed an on-the-spot fine of up to £50 by community wardens.
