A Bewbush man caught with cannabis has been fined in court.Owen Lear appeared at Crawley Magistrates' Court on May 5 charged with possessing a quantity of Class B drug cannabis. Lear, from Curteys Walk in Bewbush, pleaded guilty.On November 16 last year the 19-year-old was caught with cannabis in Crawley.Magistrates fined him £80 and told him to pay £85 in costs.
